ACCOMMODATIONS AND RATES

OUR ROOMS:

The main floor "Original" sleeps 1-4 persons. It has one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom with shower, a living room with a double futon, and a kitchenette. This unique octagonal unit has a wrap around veranda facing the sea and hand crafted cedar carved closets and cabinetry.

The second floor sleeps 1-4 persons. It has two bedrooms. The "Sunset Room" has a one double and one twin bed if needed and the "Sunrise Room" has a king bed - Both second floor rooms have private baths with just added "hot" water showers and verandas with wonderful sea views.

Natural air-conditioning is provided in all rooms via large screened windows and ceiling fans. There is usually a good breeze at Tansobak.

However, for an extra $10 per day, 'artificial' air conditioning, rarely needed, is available on the main floor. Arrangements should be made at the time of reservation for this option.

RESERVATION GUIDELINES AND GENERAL INFORMATION: BOOK EARLY!

TRAVEL INFORMATION AND ISLAND TRANSPORTATION

NEW 2007 Regulations require that U.S. Citizens must now have a U.S. Passport to travel to Jamaica.

Guests make their own air travel arrangements to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Transportation from the airport to Little Bay is a 1 1/2 to 2 hour drive from the airport. At your specific request we can arrange for you to be met on arrival at the airport and picked up at Tansobak for departure by an independent driver. Independent transportation charges run approximately $85 for 1-2 adults, $35 per additional person.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
We will send you a reservation contract confirming the details of your booking and indicating the balance due from you. You must immediately return your signed and completed contract form along with your deposit to secure your reservation. Reservations are not confirmed until payment and contract are received.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
DEPOSIT: A 25% deposit of the total is required to secure a reservation.

BALANCE: Your reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days or less of arrival date require that the entire balance is due immediately and payable only by credit card.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Credit card payments are prefered. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS OR DISCOVER cards accepted. Payments made by personal check, certified check or money order will be accepted but must be made 45 days prior to arrival date. All transactions outside of the U.S. must be paid by credit card. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, SUBSTITUTION POLICIES
If your certified cancellation notice is received: You will receive:

• 90 days or more before arrival date, A Full Refund, less a $75.00 administration fee - per booking
  
• 90-60 days before arrival date, a 75% refund
  
• 59-30 days before arrival date, a 50% refund
  
• 29-0 days before arrival, refunds will not be granted BUT IF YOU WISH you MAY apply your PAYMENT to a stay at Tansobak within 12 months of the original reservation date, pending availability, plus an additional $75.00 re-booking fee.

No refunds will be granted for no shows, canceled flights, delayed arrival or for early departures.

You must confirm your right to all refunds by sending a written notice by certified mail to be received by Tansobak within the deadlines stated above.
