OUR "COTTAGE SUITES" ARE BOOKED SEPARATELY!

The main floor "Cottage Suite". It has one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom with shower, a living room with a double futon, and wetbar with fridge. This unique unit has a wrap around veranda facing the sea and hand crafted cedar carved closets and cabinetry. Sleeps 1-4 persons.

The second floor "Cottage Double " has two bedrooms each with private bathroom.

The upstairs "Sunset Room" has a one double. The upstairs "Sunrise Room" has a king bed and fridge - Both second floor rooms have private baths with verandas and wonderful sea views as well.

Natural air-conditioning is provided in all suites via large screened windows and ceiling fans. There is usually a good breeze at Tansobak.

However, for an extra $10 per day, air conditioning, rarely needed, is available on the main floor "Cottage Suite". Arrangements should be made at the time of reservation for this option.

• Just $770.00* US per adult, per week, either suite
• Children up to 5 add - $295 US per week (in parents suite, porta-crib is available)
• Children 6 to 13 add - $495 US per week (in parents suite)

• YES! - THIS LOW WEEKLY RATE INCLUDES 2 MEALS PER DAY PER PERSON**
• There is a (3 night minimum) for less than a week at $120 per night per adult (includes meals).

TRAVEL INFORMATION AND ISLAND TRANSPORTATION

Guests make their own air travel arrangements to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Transportation from the airport to Little Bay is a 1 1/2 to 2 hour drive from the airport. You can find ground transportation such as cabs, busses or car rental information at the airport. Most guests prefer to be met at the airport and greeted. At your specific request we can arrange for you to be met on arrival at the airport and driven to Tansobak and arrange for your return by an independent driver. Independent transportation charges run approximately $85 for 1-2 adults and $35 per additional person.

BOOKING TERMS

In order to finalize your booking we require a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We do not hold rooms without a guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum deposit of 25% is required to make a reservation. Entire balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

If your cancellation is received in writing, you will receive -

120 days or more before arrival date •a full refund, minus a $175.00 administration fee
119-60 days before arrival date • a 75% refund.
59-30 days before arrival date • a 50% refund.
29-0 days before arrival date • no refunds will not be granted. If you wish you may apply your payment to a stay at Tansobak within 12 months of the original reservation date (pending availability) plus an additional $75.00 re-booking fee. All cancellations that meet our cancellation policy and have a refund due will be processed in accordance to the policy stated, less a 5% credit card fee.

NO REFUNDS will be granted for no shows, canceled flights, delayed arrival or for early departures. You must confirm your right to all refunds in writing to Tansobak.
